Anna Kaiser is an American fitness professional, choreographer, and entrepreneur and founder of AKT. She’s also trainer to the stars including Kelly Ripa (who I just mentioned), Sarah Jessica Parker, Karli Kloss and Shakira.
AKT is a dance-based cardio concept, offering a unique combination of four modalities: DANCE, BANDS, CIRCUIT and TONE. With new original programming created every three weeks and the belief that movement has a powerful, lasting impact, AKT is for all body types and fitness levels. They’ll be opening more studio locations in LA, Dallas, NJ, Denver, Detroit, Miami, and dozens of other cities nationwide within the next 6 months.
