Today’s episode is a bit different! I’ve invited my mom Shannon Miller to lead us through a yoga nidra practice.
Her practice is called The Art Of Non Doing. Also known as Yoga Nidra and is a deep relaxation, meditation done lying down. Soothe the nervous system, boost immune system, quiet the mind, decrease stress and anxiety levels, community.
I think we all need this now more than ever. I hope you enjoy this deep relaxation.
