Figuring It Out

In this episode, I'm flying solo talking about why I started the show, finding what living well means to each of us, and what the past few months have been like for me. 

The past few months haven't been GREAT, and I know I'm not alone on this one. They've been really hard. But in between the downs there have been some ups and enjoyable moments. The ups and downs are my "coronacoaster." I'm sharing what that coaster has looked like for me, and how I've been dealing with feeling distracted.
