Figuring It Out

Aug 13, 2020

Jamie, of Organically, Jamie , is a breathwork trainer, integrative life coach, and kundalini meditation teacher based in New York. Jamie uses mediation, breath and energy work to help create lasting changes for her clients.

Jamie guides her clients through movement and meditation, which Jamie believes is a

tool to get us into the quiet long enough to see the signs to achieve the life we want and break old habits.

She says, “with meditation, our lives can come from a place of ease and grace instead of reaction”

She also says, “Because the subconscious is always in a state of protection, we often replay bad

memories and events all from a place of fear. But we don’t have to keep replaying the pain of the past. We can visit these events and thank them for lessons and move on.”

She is a...

  • Certified Reiki Healer
  • Certified Kundalini TeacherCertified Yoga Alliance Yoga instructor (700 hours)
  • Integrative Life Coach through the Center for Integrative Hypnosis
  • Certified in Ericksonian Hypnosis
  • Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) graduate
  • Breathwork trainer with David Elliot
  • Gabrielle Bernstein Spirit Junkie Coach Level 1 and 2 (teaching Kundalini at Level 2)

Jamie and I recorded this conversation back in March, and similar to last week, I think the lessons of resilience and tactics for getting through difficult times can ring true for many situations…

During our chat, we talk about

  • Quieting fear to get yourself to the present moment
  • Removing the feelings of guilt from our gratitude of privilege
  • Why getting quiet with ourselves is so important even though it’s difficult
  • Different types of meditation for different needs
  • How meditation, breathwork, and energy work can help you create the change you’re looking for in your life and can facilitate self discovery  and give you the ability to see yourself fully and truly to help you create the change you’re looking for
  • Identifying emotions, patterns, and how they affect you
  • And that meditation, like everything is a practice
